We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, we may, at our discretion, charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us any notice charge the full cost of the appointment.
